FringeReview Great Debate Brighton 2009

This year's FringeReview debate on Reviewing and Critiquing took place at Moksha Caffe in Brighton as part of the Critical Incident. Guest speaker was Richard Stamp (co-founder of FringeGuru), who spoke in favour of subjectivity in a debate that discussed subjectivity and objectivity in the process of reviewing and giving feedback. "Is it possible to be objective about artistic or creative work?" At the chairing helm was Brighton's own facilitator par excellence, Chris Stagg.

We were pleased to see performers, production companies, reviewers (including Broadway Baby and FringeGuru), as well as Nick Stockman, Executive Manager of the Brighton Festival Fringe in attendance. The debate soon hotted up as usual!
